Product Restrictions
Due to UK/EU law we have to ask for your professional Nail qualifications to be able to sell you some items of products, which contain ingredients deemed for professional use only.
You can complete your order as normal, and then please email a copy of your certificate to info@acesanddolls.co.uk
We will then continue with your order. You only need to send the details through once. Once we have a copy of your qualifications on file, your account is marked with unrestricted access to all products.
Students are allowed to purchase restricted products, send in details of enrolment onto a professional nail course. Once qualified then email a copy of your certificate.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused, but please understand this is a legal requirement. Lets keep the profession professional.
Shipping
UK Deliveries
When checking out, the website will inform you of the Courier APC or My Hermes, it depends on your post code.
All orders are insured and require a Signature or Safe Distancing proof of delivery.
APC
if ordered before 13:00 then normally the item is normally with you the next working day. APC Work Monday to Friday,
My Hermes
This is estimated at 3 to 4 days delivery.
International Orders
International order use Royal Mail international Track and Signed. All orders are insured.
At the moment we can only ship products containing liquid to UK Mainland.
Aces & Dolls are not responsible for any import duties payable on international orders.
Apart from the UK at present we do not ship to the EU. We will review this periodically once we understand the tax implications.
